This Privacy Policy explains how Connectedly Health, LLC (“Connectedly Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Services.
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, account information, professional credentials, practice details, clinic address, and profile content. We also collect user-generated content, usage and device information, and information from cookies and similar technologies. Provider subscription billing is processed by Stripe; we do not directly store full credit card numbers.
We use information to operate and maintain the Services, verify provider credentials, connect patients with providers, improve website performance and user experience, personalize content, detect fraud and abuse, respond to inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
We may send administrative messages and, where permitted, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Connectedly Health is a marketplace and information platform, not a healthcare provider. Information submitted through the Services may be personal information under this policy, but it is not protected health information (PHI) for purposes of HIPAA. Providers are responsible for ensuring that their own systems and communications comply with HIPAA and other applicable laws.
We may share information with service providers that host, maintain, analyze, or improve the Services; with a provider when you choose to contact that provider; and with regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, fraud, or security purposes. We may also use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
We employ reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no system is completely secure. We regularly review our security measures and update them as appropriate.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you access Connectedly Health, LLC from outside the United States, you consent to data transfer and processing in the United States.
Connectedly Health reserves the right to remove user or provider accounts, profiles, or content for reasons including suspected fraud, inaccuracy, or violation of our policies.

A partner or affiliate network may set a tracking cookie when you click one of these links, and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are labeled as sponsored, and we do not share your personal information with affiliate partners.
