About Connectedly Health

Connectedly Health is the leading marketplace for Direct Primary Care (DPC) providers in the United States. We connect patients with healthcare providers who offer transparent, affordable, membership-based primary care without the complexity of insurance billing.

Our Mission

We believe everyone deserves access to personalized, affordable primary care. The U.S. healthcare system has made it increasingly difficult to build a real relationship with a primary care doctor — long waits, short appointments, surprise bills, and administrative friction have pushed many physicians and patients toward a better model. Direct Primary Care removes insurance from the primary care equation, letting doctors focus on patients and patients actually afford the care they need.

Our mission is to make the DPC model as easy to find and evaluate as any other service people research online. We built Connectedly Health so that anyone — whether they're uninsured, underinsured, or simply tired of the traditional primary care experience — can find a DPC practice near them, compare pricing, and connect directly with a doctor.

Our Data

The Connectedly Health directory lists 2,700+ verified Direct Primary Care practices across all 50 states and more than 1,500 cities. Each listing includes the practice's membership pricing, accepted age groups, included services, telehealth availability, and whether they are currently accepting new patients.

Pricing data is sourced directly from practice websites and updated regularly. We include only practices with a confirmed DPC model — flat-fee, direct-pay, no insurance billing for primary care. For detailed pricing analysis by state, see the DPC Pricing Index. For a national overview of the market, read our State of Direct Primary Care 2026 report.

Who We Serve

Connectedly Health is built for three audiences:

Why Direct Primary Care?

The average DPC membership costs about $91 per month — less than most gym memberships — and covers unlimited primary care visits with no copays, same-day or next-day appointments, longer visit times (30–60 minutes versus 7–15 minutes in traditional primary care), and direct phone, text, or email access to your doctor. As of January 1, 2026, DPC membership fees under $150/month for an individual are qualified medical expenses eligible for HSA payment under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
