We are a small direct care practice striving to make primary care as transparent, cost-effective and convenient as we can. Living in the community in which we work, we have an interest in the community and try to support it and our members in any way we can. We offer both regular memberships as well as seasonal memberships for those who only live in our community part time. We try our best to perform as much care as possible in-house to offer the greatest possible value to our members.
