Yes. Since January 1, 2026, Direct Primary Care membership fees are qualified medical expenses under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, so you can pay them tax-free from a Health Savings Account. If the membership is $150 a month or less for one person ($300 for a plan covering more than one), you also keep the right to contribute to your HSA while enrolled; above that, an HSA can still pay the fee, but you cannot contribute for the months you are enrolled. You still need an HSA-eligible high-deductible health plan to contribute, and FSA or HRA reimbursement depends on the rules of your plan.
