CountyMed is a direct primary care practice. We are designed to cater to a limited number of patients as a full-service medical office. We are available for primary care services in addition to urgent/emergent care needs. We also offer MedSpa services including Botox as well as bioidentical hormone treatment. Our practice is membership based without insurance billing. Our goal is to provide professional and personalized care.
